DESCRIPTION:Gain experience in planning\, preparing\, and serving foods as part of a meal or snack. Select a recipe and prepare that food item for exhibition at the food show. A professional baker will show participants how to decorate cookies\, and there will also be a sourdough bread station. \n\nYou can view the food show flyer for more information on food show categories and resources.\n\n\n\nAudience: All youth in grades K-13 are invited to join us for this hands-on learning experience.\n\n\n\nRegistration\n\nRegister via 4-H Online. The registration deadline is April 18\, 2025. This event is open to Isanti and Chisago 4-Hers. No late registrations will be accepted to ensure we have enough supplies for all participants. \n\n\n\nSubmit a copy of your recipe(s) by Friday\, April 18th. Recipes submitted after this deadline will not be included in the Food Show Cookbook. Please email recipes to Cora Rost at rostx034@umn.edu.
