DESCRIPTION:NOTICE: LOCATION CHANGE - The New Teacher Luncheon has been moved from the Cambridge Public Library to First Baptist Church located at 304 Main Street S.\, Cambridge\, MN 55008\n\n\n\nHOSTED BY\n\nRotary Club of Cambridge-Isanti & North 65 Chamber of Commerce\n\n\n\nThis event is a great opportunity to welcome new teachers and to acknowledge their important work in our schools. Teachers have often commented on how this experience has helped encourage\, challenge and support them in their new assignment while shaping a positive and lasting introduction to our community.\n\n\n\nBusiness participation is central to the success of this event!\n\n\n\nThe cost is $15.00 per person (multiplied by new teachers sponsored & business members attending)\n\n\n\nWELCOME BAGS:  Welcome bags will be filled with items from local business including promotional items\, gifts/gift cards\, coupons\, or other information.\n\nWe are currently planning for 85 bags and will update this number the week of July 25\, 2022 when a better estimate of new teachers is available.\n\nContact North 65 Chamber of Commerce no later than August 17\, 2022 to register and to coordinate delivery of gift bag items.\n\n\n\nThe New Teacher Luncheon is not a fundraising event\; proceeds over and above program cost are donated to each of the participating schools for a special need or current initiative.\n\n\n\nFor more information and to register contact:\n\nNorth 65 Chamber of Commerce at 763-689-2505 or info@north65chamber.com\n\nGreg Carlson at 763-691-6163 or gcarlson@preshomes.org
