Implementing Micro-Training to Drive Results

Managers and business leaders understand the impact a training program can have on their ability to recruit, develop and retain skilled employees. Most also acknowledge the goals they could achieve if their workforce could increase their level of performance.

For many small businesses however, training programs are often expensive and a logistical nightmare to schedule and coordinate with staff. But quality training doesn't have to be this complicated! Anyone can learn to build and implement micro-training, small learning sessions that take 10-30 minutes to conduct, in almost any environment. 

Lena Scullard, Program Designer with LMS Productions, will show you a simple process for identifying learning objectives and creating quick, impactful micro-trainings that you can deliver when the opportunity arises, like in a staff meeting, before opening, or maybe during a shift change. She will even pick one lucky attendee to start building a micro-training for during the session, so come with a simple learning topic in mind!
