Public input is at the heart of RideSmart 2025, and we’re asking the community to help shape the future of rural transit. Key engagement opportunities include:
Transit Advisory Committee Meeting
- Date: January 30, 2025

- Location: Isanti County Health and Human Services, 1700 E Rum River Dr. South, Cambridge, MN
Community Survey
- Dates: January 2 - March 31, 2025
- Purpose: To gather input from individuals who may not currently use public transit, identifying barriers and opportunities for improvement.
Onboard Passenger Survey
- Dates: January 2 - February 2025
- Purpose: To collect feedback from current riders about their experiences and areas for enhancement.
With support from local organizations like Cambridge City Hall and the North 65 Chamber of Commerce, RideSmart 2025 aims to redesign routes, expand access to underserved areas, and incorporate new technologies like improved apps and payment systems.
