We are expanding our in house product support team to support the products we develop. These positions will be at our Cambridge MN. location and servicing customer questions throughout the world. This position will answer "how to" questions on our products, troubleshoot errors, perform low level technical services such as form or report modifications, installation of local web services and also participate in testing new releases in addition to other duties.

A strong business acumen is necessary. Understanding different business concepts such as taxes, purchasing, invoicing, customer and vendor quoting, receiving and shipping, etc. Since you will be supporting our business products, it is imperative to have good general understanding of business concepts. Patience and excellent customer service, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, along with a good foundation of business practices are the most important skills for this position.

The ideal candidate will also have a good technical aptitude with the ability to learn technical skills as well as a good grasp of technical concepts such as web services, sql, database connectivity, email account support, etc.

Product support staff will be expected to support our customers on a rotating split shift to cover our European clients, and have rotating on call weekends.
