$2000 sign-on Bonus : $1000 on first payroll, $1000 on 6-month payroll for a limited time

We are hiring at PHASE-Industries for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our day program. We are looking for someone who is fun, caring, and has a positive attitude. This individual wants to make a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. A DSP works closely with our Program Participants providing job coaching, supervision, daily living skills, teaching, and overall support in a work environment.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid MN Driver's License with clear driving record
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- One year of direct care experience preferred but not required
- CNA Experience
