Leadership is a calling to serve others. It is rarely simple and can feel overwhelming at times. Identifying our "north star" removes the noise, provides us with directional clarity, and guides us towards being the leaders that we want to be. Continuously striving the achieve the Pinnacle of Leadership is that north star.
