Great leadership starts with leading yourself first. The Strategic Growth Circle: Cultivate the Leader within You is a 6-month master course designed to equip you with the skills and mindset needed to grow as a leader and positively influence those around you.
Meeting twice a month, this transformative experience will focus on key leadership principles such as self-discipline, problem-solving, and prioritization. You’ll learn how to lead through change with confidence, maintain a positive and forward-thinking mindset, and inspire others to catch the vision and follow your lead. Through intentional personal and professional development, you'll build the habits and strategies necessary for lasting impact.
With a combination of expert teaching, small-group coaching, and accountability, this course will help you step fully into your leadership potential. Commit to your growth—because the best leaders never stop learning.
We will meet on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday, 11:30am - 12:30pm, starting April 1, 2025, and ending on September 16, 2025. Make this your working lunch, investing in yourself and your leadership.
