Join us for the next City of Isanti Monthly Entrepreneur Workshop on February 3, 2026, featuring Sandy Voigt from the Women's Business Alliance and the Entrepreneur Fund. This practical, hands-on session is designed for new entrepreneurs who want to move beyond theory and build a clear roadmap for their business success.

Sandy will guide participants through the essential elements of creating a "lean" and functional business plan. Rather than a document that sits on a shelf, you will learn how to create a working identity for your business, identify your target market, and define your unique competitive advantage.

The session will walk you step-by-step through a comprehensive business plan template, covering:

• Executive Summary & Business Description: Defining your mission, vision, and legal structure.
• S.M.A.R.T. Goal Setting: Developing specific short-term and long-term objectives.
• SWOT Analysis: Identifying internal strengths and weaknesses alongside external opportunities and threats.
• Marketing & Operations: Understanding customer demographics, choosing the right marketing channels, and setting up essential management systems.
• Support Teams: Identifying the key employees and professional services (like CPAs and attorneys) needed to sustain your growth

****To ensure you are ready to build your plan in real time, please bring a laptop to the workshop; you will receive a link to download the business plan and cash flow templates in your confirmation email to have them ready before the session begins. For people who may not have a computer available to use, we will have paper copies available.
