Food Vendor Registration 2025

ISANTI RODEO & JUBILEE DAYS PARADE AND KIDS DAY
FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION

Food vendor spaces/booths are now available with priority given to return vendors.
You may choose to register for one or both events listed below.  
We will review offerings of each vendor to prevent duplication, so please provide all items you plan to serve. 

PARADE – THURSDAY, JULY 10, 2025 - FOOD VENDORS ONLY
Set up for the parade is from 1:00 - 4:00pm. 
You may begin serving upon set up.
Sections of the parade route begin closing at 4:00pm, and the parade kicks off at 6:30pm.
The parade ends at approximately 9:00pm - 10:00pm, followed by fireworks in Bluebird Park.  Contact the City of Isanti to set up at the Fireworks.

$110 Parade only
$160 Parade and Kids Fun Day 
 
KIDS FUN DAY and OUTHOUSE RACES - SATURDAY, JULY 12, 2025 - FOOD VENDORS ONLY
Set up 7:30am – 9:00am.
Event time:  9:00am and ends at 2:00pm
Vendors set up in downtown Isanti.
$60 for Saturday only food vendor (Non-food vendors/booths will register at the link below when registration is open.)

• Electricity, tables, tents ARE NOT provided.
• Tents are recommended to provide shade in this open area. Generators are allowed. 
• Set up is on pavement. 
• Bring weights (no stakes) to hold down your tent and other items. 
• The event will be held rain or shine. 
• Fees include the city-required peddler’s permit.
• North 65 Chamber members will receive a 10% discount.

• MN Revenue Form ST-19
• Certificate of Insurance, covering the dates of the event.  (Copies of policy documents are not acceptable.)
• Copy of your State Health Permit, current for the event date(s).
• Isanti Mobile Food Vendor Permit (IF you hold one)
