Northern Lights Toys is a family / veteran owned small manufacturing and assembly business of the one and only Create-A-Lure. Started in 2021 in my garage here in Isanti, we are continuously shipping world wide, bringing people the ability to paint their own fishing lures for a cheap, fun activity to do on their own or as a family.
