Office tasks such as: assemble mailings, parade crew clipboards, judges packets Deliver brochures, resident letters, post event signs Serve on planning committee – parade Serve on planning committee – kids day Serve on planning committee – outhouse races

Assist with placing signs and barricades Oversee areas of the parade route, while being able to watch the parade (6 – 9pm) Parade line-up crew (4:30 – 7:30pm) Supervise float tear down area (6:30 – 9pm) Clean up crew, pick up trash, signs after parade. Miscellaneous tasks during the day, I can help where ever needed!

Fun Run set up and route supervision (7 – 9am) Activities set up (pop up tents, tables, set up signs) (7 – 9am) Supervise kids’ activity stations (shifts 9am - 2pm) Info booth assistant (8-10am, 10a-12p, 12-2p) Outhouse race assistant (set up course, supervise race, clean up) (12 – 3pm) • Clean up crew (2:30 – 3:30pm)
