Employment Consultant (Career Coach)

PHASE-Industries are looking for individuals who are interested in working with job seekers from our waivered employment service programs. As an Employment Consultant, in this position, you would assist in crafting skills and empowering interests effectively and provide interview coaching to increase the opportunity of securing a career. As well as, identifying support needs and putting supports in place to obtain and retain employment in the community.  Assisting job seekers with work related life skills and independent living skills.  Employment Consultants are focused and person-centered. Making sure the job search aligns with our job seekers skills and interests-- not applying through relentless job boards.  We provide state of the art training with massive growth potential.

Must be a self-starter, have the ability to successfully work independently, yet enjoy a strong team environment. Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks with frequent changes in duties. Must have a strong desire to train, supervise, and develop persons-centered career planning.. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Employment Consultant position is at our Cambridge location, Monday through Friday with occasionally a Saturday, Flexible hours, Medical and Dental Insurance benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO), No Holidays, 401k after 1yr., 2.5% match.  Also, use of a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone. Starting wage is at $17.75 hr. to start, plus bonuses.
