North 65 Chamber of Commerce Announces the 2023 Employee of the Year Award Winner
The North 65 Chamber of Commerce announces Angie Kersting, Canteen Manager at Rum River VFW Post 2735 in Isanti, MN, as the 2023 Employee of the Year.
Angie and six additional award nominees were recognized for their outstanding accomplishments at the 39th Annual Employee Recognition Luncheon, held Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Common Ground: A United Methodist Community in Cambridge, MN.
Keynote speaker Julie Page of IMPACT Coaching Solutions opened with a presentation on “Communicating to Connect,” providing valuable tips and relatable stories to help the audience grow their communication skills. Melissa Bettendorf, Executive Director of the North 65 Chamber of Commerce, followed with the presentation of the Employee of the Year Award nominees and the announcement of the award winner.

The North 65 Chamber’s Employee of the Year Award recognizes an individual who is nominated for exceptional job performance, leadership, and unique qualities. Positive attitude, serving beyond expectations, high ethical standards, and commitment to quality are just some examples of the characteristics of individuals deserving of this award. Nominees must be employed by a North 65 Chamber Member business or organization. Any person can submit a nomination for someone they believe makes a positive impact through their work.
