Our Rising Beyond Trauma Circle (formerly Beyond Trauma) begins a new cycle on February 7, 2026.

This group provides a supportive space for adults to deepen self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and connect with others on their trauma recovery journey. If you or someone you know may benefit, we encourage you to reach out.
